After this, your contract will automatically renew at a cost of £8.99 a month for homeowners, or £11.99 a month for landlords, unless you contact us to cancel. We reserve the right to change the price of your contract after the initial free £0 month period, and will inform you of any price changes in writing as per the Service Plan terms and conditions. Your boiler service plan entitles you to one boiler service per year. We will contact you to let you know when your service is due with a booking link. You will need to activate your free service plan within 30 days of your boiler installation, otherwise the offer will no longer be available. You will be unable to activate your service plan until after the boiler has been installed, and we will be in touch via email to let you know when you’re able to activate your plan. The Offer is available from 00:00 on 1st February 2026 until 23:59 on 31st March 2026. Only boiler orders placed during this timeframe using the code FREESERVICEPLAN at checkout will be eligible for the promotion. The Offer cannot be applied to orders placed prior to or after the Promotional Period. The offer is not compatible with any other promo or discount codes. The offer is limited to one use per household. In the event of an order being cancelled or returned, the customer will only receive a refund for the amount paid after the discount was applied.
