The Sky value deal is the satellite operator’s cheapest bundle of TV, broadband and phone calls. It includes over 240 free to air channels plus the Entertainment Pack, which boasts many of Sky’s top channels including Sky1, Comedy Central, FX, MTV, SyFy and the exclusive Sky Atlantic. It’s all powered by the famous Sky+ box which can pause and rewind TV and record up to two different channels at a time.
You’ll also get Sky Broadband Lite, which delivers broadband speeds as fast as your phone line can handle with a 2GB monthly usage allowance and a free Sky wireless router. Plus, you’ll get inclusive weekend calls to UK landlines.
The Sky Value bundle costs just £10.75 plus Sky line rental each month for the first 6 months, then £21.50 plus line rental a month – and if you order online you’ll get a £25 M&S voucher too!

How much does the Sky com Value deal cost?
The Sky.com/value deal costs £10.75 a month for 6 months, then £21.50 per month on a 12 month contract. Sky line rental payments at £14.50 a month apply from the start of your contract.
What will happen on my installation day?
When the time comes for your Sky.com/value TV to be installed everything will done for you! The engineer will come to your home and bring your satellite dish, Sky+ box and all of the fixings and cables needed to bring Sky TV into your living room.
You or someone else over 18 will need to be on hand to give permission for the work to be carried out. The engineer will install your new Sky dish on the south face of your home and then run two cables from the dish into whichever room you want to put your Sky+ box. Once all the connections are made and tidied up the engineer will demonstrate your new Sky value TV package to you – just make sure there’s a spare power socket to plug the box into!
What happens to my phone line?
To sign up for the Sky value deal you need to switch your phone line and line rental to Sky. Don’t worry, Sky will do all of the actual work of switching you over and you should normally be able to keep your existing phone number. Once the switch is complete you’ll start paying Sky line rental at £14.50 a month, and you’ll no longer pay line rental to anyone else.
If you don’t have a phone line you can order one at the time of ordering your Sky.com/value deal. The cost of new Sky phone lines vary, with prices currently starting from £39.
How do I switch my broadband?
If you're already getting broadband from a different provider you should contact them to ask for your MAC code (Migration Authorisation Code). Doing so will ease the transfer of your service and should reduce the likelihood of any broadband outages.
Sky will contact you in advance to let you know exactly when your new Sky.com/value broadband service will be activated, and when the day comes you should be able to install the router and software yourself in no more than 30 minutes. Just make sure that you have a spare power socket near to your master phone socket.
How will I be billed?
Sky will sign you up for electronic or “ebilling” when you take up the Sky.com/value deal, so you’ll be able to check your bills onscreen rather than waiting for them to arrive in the post. Payments will then be taken by Direct Debit once a month.
How long is my contract?
All Sky services including the Sky.com/value deal of broadband TV and calls have a 12 month minimum term contract.
Can I add Sky Sports or Movies?
You can add Sky Sports, Sky Movies, unlimited broadband or a host of other great extras to your Sky.com/value package. While you're placing your order you'll be able to add any extras you like to your basket at the Sky Store and you’ll be shown a breakdown of how much each extra service is going to add to the £21.50 plus line rental cost of the basic bundle.
